Technician training bootcamps are playing an increasingly pivotal role in expanding access to semiconductor careers. This webinar for NSTC members will highlight community colleges that have successfully deployed accelerated technician training programs by leveraging regional collaboration and innovative educational models.
Highlighting NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence partners and programs in Arizona, Texas, and California, speakers will share successes and lessons learned from their programs, as well as strategies that can be adopted and scaled nationally.

- Explore best practices for employer engagement and partnerships
- Discuss program design, enrollment strategies, and outcomes
- Identify challenges and opportunities for scaling and sustaining regional models
