We at Natcast respect the privacy of visitors to our website, (the “Site”), and want you to understand, as a Site visitor, what information about you we may collect through the Site and how we may retain, use, and disclose that information.  This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes our practices with respect to information collected from users of the Site.  By using the Site, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Policy, so please do not use the Site if you do not agree with these terms.

We may update this Policy at any time.  Any changes to the Policy will become effective upon the date of our posting of the revised Policy on the Site.  If we make a material change to the Policy, we will post a notice on the landing page of the Site to let you know that the Policy has been updated. 1. What Types of Information Does Natcast Collect?

The Site collects information through a variety of methods.  The Site contains a form to subscribe to our email newsletter through which you may provide us with the following personally identifiable information (“PII”):  name (first and last), email address, and company affiliation.  We do not require that you provide this information in order to browse the Site or to otherwise engage with us.  We offer the email subscription form so that you may receive email newsletters and announcements related to our mission and activities.  Natcast will not add you to the Natcast email list without your validation through the email subscription process.

The Site includes a Careers page with a “Submit Your Resume” form through which you can provide us with information about yourself, including your resume, if you are interested in a career with Natcast.  The Submit Your Resume form requests the following PII about you:  name (first and last), postal address, email address, phone number, citizenship/residency status, any additional information you may seek to provide, and your resume.

The Site contains a Community of Interest opportunity for entities interested in participating in the National Semiconductor Technology Center.  We provide a link to survey a (administered through Survey Monkey) on the Site for entities seeking to join the Community, which requests information on the entity as well as contact information (full name, title, phone number, and email address) for an individual who is a representative of the entity.  Natcast uses the contact information provided by survey respondents to reach out for clarification or additional information about the entity seeking to join the Community.  Natcast reserves the right to make public aggregated information from Community survey responses, but not individual survey responses.

The Site also offers an opportunity to submit information in response to Natcast Requests for Information (RFIs) about technology, facility, research and business needs  relevant to the semiconductor industry that will aid Natcast in developing its program offerings. Like the Community of Interest survey, each RFI seeks contact information (full name, title, phone number, and email address) for an individual who is a representative of the entity responding to the RFI.  Any information included in an RFI response that is confidential should be clearly marked as such.  Natcast reserves the right to make public aggregated information from RFI submissions, but not individual submission details.

The Site also may automatically collect information about you that is generally not PII but relates to your use of the Site (“Usage Data”).  Usage Data is “passively” collected from you through browser navigational tools, such as cookies, which can recognize your visits by identification of the computer or device that you are using to access the Site.  Our uses of Usage Data are described further below.
