The goal of the NSTC Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Reduction and Innovation in Semiconductor Manufacturing (PRISM) program is to enhance the economic sustainability of semiconductor manufacturing by addressing the challenges posed by perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances usage.
Join us on Tuesday, November 19 in Austin, Texas for PRISM Proposers’ Day. Learn how the PRISM program seeks to leverage collaborative research and development efforts from across the semiconductor supply chain and ecosystem to develop realistic solutions and close key knowledge gaps in perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances analysis, sensing, abatement, and modeling. You will also hear from panelists and digital poster presenters, meet like-minded individuals, and explore teaming opportunities.
