The NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence (WCoE), supported by a $250 million investment from the U.S. Department of Commerce, brings together stakeholders from across the U.S. semiconductor ecosystem to better understand the nature of, and find solutions to, the workforce challenges facing the industry.

Join us December 19 for a preview of the WCoE’s planned programming for the upcoming year. John Ratliff, Executive Director of the NSTC Workforce Center of Excellence, will delve into the new workforce development programs and resources that will be available to NSTC members in 2025 and how they fit into the broader strategic plan for the WCoE.
